About

Centre for the Study of Caste and Capitalism, not for profit organization.
Promotes Dalit Capitalism

Our Vision

Dalit Enterprise would aim at the US type Supplier Diversity for Dalit/Adivasi entrepreneurs where Government and Private sectors both would procure goods and services from Dalit entrepreneurs.

To promote Dalit Capitalism we would connect Dalit entrepreneurs with India Inc. that has played a critical role in upsetting India’s Caste Feudalism, and with the Government/Ministries/Departments/PSUs etc.

Each edition would cover 10 to 15 Dalit entrepreneurs, in photo essay format, and outline their success stories.

Dalit Enterprise would present Dalit entrepreneurs as the new role models for the next Dalit generation as the Black Enterprise does every month.

The DALIT ENTERPRISE would bring visibility to Dalit enterprises month after month; and also make business fashionable amongst the Dalit youth.

Our Aims

  • Provide visibility, platform and voice to the Dalit entrepreneur month after month
  • Contribute to the data base of Dalit enterprises to make business easier
  • Carry out Policy Advocacy and Reform
  • Tender & Banking reforms is our ongoing campaign together with CII.
  • Promote Dalit women entrepreneurs
  • Market access, both in Govt./PSUs and private sector
